After crossing the canal, we drive on towards Ancient Corinth, it has been estimated that Ancient Corinth held as many as 100,000 inhabitants at one time but only about 600 ruins remain. Corinth is one of the most famous and visited cities of Greece. The city is located in the South West of the Peloponnese surrounded by mountains that take their name from the ancient town.
